 I started my own travel agency because I truly enjoy helping people plan vacations of a lifetime.  Turning that passion into a career was the best thing I ever did! 

Our family has had the privilege to travel to so many places and I would be happy to share all this first hand knowledge with you to enrich your vacation.

When I created Magical Castle Vacations, I was determined from the beginning to provide a unique set of services to our clients that went far beyond just booking their hotel or cruise.  I wanted to create a concierge experience to plan amazing vacations, not just book trips.  There is a big difference.  Booking a vacation is what you do online at websites who will sell you anything they have on their website whether it is right for you or not.  That is not how I operate.  I listen to your wishes and dreams and use my extensive travel experiences to make  the best recommendations for you, not what might be right for someone else.  

Customer service is a promise that I take seriously; not a slogan.  We are not an overseas call center and you will never be transferred to one.  I am a real, professional travel agent, in the United States (New York to be exact) who will help plan an amazing vacation that fits your budget.
